Training and technical support
We believe that product knowledge is a key element of a successful channel program. For products in the early stage of adoption, we need to be able to provide extensive training for the final-tier channel players and extensive pre-sales technical support.
In order to be able to achieve this effectively, we will invest the time and resources required to fully master your products from a technical and marketing perspective. We will get trained and certified for the solutions we distribute. This will allow us to provide technical training and pre and post sales support to our resellers. This becomes a significant saving to you as you reduce the cost of your sales and technical support cost.
Product Training
Through webinars, on-site training or other approaches, we will train our resellers on your products so that they can effectively do the following:
- Understand product features, differentiators and competitive advantage
- Understand customer requirements
- Define proper architecture or solution to address the clients’s needs
- Do product demonstrations via a webinar or in person
- Effectively present the proposed solution to the client
Sales training
Our objective is that our reseller network understands your value proposition, technology, sales model and key differentiators as rapidly as possible.
We will do so by working closely with the vendor representative. This will allow us to understand the most effective sales approaches for your products and services and deploy this knowledge across our reseller network.
We will also train our network on bid preparation for your products and services.
Technical support
Our technical staff is trained and certified in the solutions that we represent. This enables us to provide technical training or pre- and post-sales support to our reseller partners.
